I have owned this Elan for 32 years and it has been in rebuild for most of that time. Licenced 5 years ago and travelled 1,500 miles since. Rebuild included: Body off. Frame cleaned, straightened and repairs made, strengthening put in place (similar to that of a Elan 26r), repainted in an epoxy undercoat and enamel top coat.
