I’ve owned this vehicle for over 20 years and selfishly not done anything with it , time for a full restoration and return to the track after a 50 year absence . Was built in 1966 as Chimaera Mk 3 with BMC B series engine and cigar shaped body and raced by Frank Brewster. This car is a BMW M8 (original e31) tribute car. It is a RHD race car which was rebuilt from an 850CSi originally raced in the UK Substantially upgraded, repainted to ‘Hellrot’ and rebuild by RaceFx at Hampton Downs over two years, to replicate the unique e31 M8.
