1978 Alfa Romeo Alfetta sedan racecar. A very well known and very successful 2.0 car, conceived and built originally by Mike Halasz here in Queensland. Full original build thread available. The sedan shell was used, as it's a slightly longer wheelbase and also quite a bit lighter than the usual coupe GTV Alfetta'shell. We acquired the car about 3 years ago as parts basically and have completely rebuilt it into a very competitive 2.0 car in the Queensland Alfacomp. For 2025, the car is current

It was rebuilt to Group S Historic sportscar specs using the best equipment and marque experts. Body and paint by Rankins, mechanicals by Vin Sharp and assembly by Hugh Harrison.
